I wish I could give this store higher then 5 stars! The owners are so sweet and helpful. I bought 2 pairs of glasses for myself and then my whole family wanted glasses. The owners helped me understand the information I needed from them and we communicated through Whatsapp. One of my family members had a more complicated prescription and those took longer then the other pairs. I left Hanoi for a few days and then came back and the owners had all the glasses ready for me. I was truly impressed by this shop and would highly recommend for the high quality of service and high quality of glasses.

I absolutely recommend this family run place! They were very friendly, professional, and very helpful when choosing frames. Everything was explained clearly, and the service was fast and efficient. I made two new pairs of glasses, and they were ready in just 2 hours, which really impressed me. Great quality, perfect fit, and overall amazing service. If you are after new glasses this is THE place.

I found this optician on google and saw the 5 star reviews. I genuinely agree with all the other reviews. I had a spare set of old spectacles which i wanted to change to transition lenses. I got a quote back home in London which was extortionate, but as I was coming to Hanoi, i thought i would try my luck at finding a good place to change these lenses. I am so glad I found Laito Optical! These guys are so sweet, gave fantastic advice and the price was so reasonable. The store looks classy and stylish as are their selection of frames. I was so happy with their service my wife also bought a pair. Just to add, they did all of this within 2 hours of placing the order. Thank you Nam and Tuy!!

A great service and high quality product. I needed new glasses while travelling and Laito got me sorted in 2 hours. I went in to pick my frames and they took their time to get me the right fit and size. The owner is a gentleman who will help you no matter what the request. Thank you so much for this service and having minimal impact to my travel plans. A seamless experience!

They were absolutely fantastic! I myself am super indecisive, and they were so incredibly patient with me during the whole process. Choosing the glasses, doing multiple eyetests with me, and even remaking my new glasses when they didn’t feel perfect yet! They really strive for perfection, and will go above and beyond to make sure you are 100% happy. They also added prescription glasses to a cheap model I already had laying around at home, which I really loved. There’s a lot of optics around this specific area, but if you’re ever in Hanoi looking for new glasses, please make sure to go to Laito Optical. Wow! Both my husband and I got our glasses at this shop and we are SO happy with both quality and service received. My husband gave wrong information on my prescription glasses and they still changed the lenses for us afterwards without any additional fee. They were super fast and you can really see they put a lot of passion in what they do. We have the most beautiful glasses, both prescription and sun glasses, we have ever had and at such a good price. I can definitely recommend anyone to buy glasses here!!

The employees are soo nice and attentive!! We booked a airbnb above and wanted some glasses before we left. They stayed late to work on my glasses and even brought it up to us. We tried to tip him for the great service but he refused the payment and even guaranteed a refund if it didn’t work out. A must go before you leave for affordable glasses and frames!
